What to expect from the session
This is an online webinar - your camera and microphone will be off.
The session is interactive, using polls and the chat . The trainer will guide you through how to take part—but there’s no pressure to join in if you’d prefer to just listen. If you do want to interact, we recommend downloading the Zoom app in advance. For more details, please see the ‘How to Join’ section.
There will be a Q&A at the end where you can ask questions using the chat.
It will last two hours, including a short break.
The session will be recorded, but not the Q&A, so you can rewatch it later if you join late, leave early, or need to step away from your device.
